Content Moderation - Latvian Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An employer in Lisbon is hiring for a Content Moderation role and building out their Latvian team.

This role involves reviewing user-generated content, which can include graphic or otherwise sensitive material - something to weigh before applying. Support and wellbeing resources are provided to the team.

What you'd be doing:

• Keep up to date as content policies and guidelines evolve
• Review user-generated content against platform policy guidelines
• Make consistent, well-reasoned moderation decisions within agreed timeframes
• Escalate sensitive or unclear cases through the right internal channels

What we're looking for:

• Fluent Latvian, written and spoken
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
