Customer Support Representative - Danish Speaker | Athens, Greece

A Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Athens, Greece.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

What we're looking for:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Fluent Danish, written and spoken
• Comfortable communicating in Danish at a professional level
• Solid working English alongside your Danish
