We are urgently seeking a Senior O2C Specialist (German Speaker) to join our Finance & Accounting team for a leading global company in the Diabetes Medical Devices sector. This is a high-priority role with an accelerated hiring timeline.

Role Description

As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. You will handle complex cases, oversee customer account workflows, ensure accurate billing, support month-end closing, and work closely with cross-functional teams within the Diabetes Medical Devices business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle (order validation, billing, invoicing, collections, cash application)

• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-impact cases

• Monitor and improve O2C KPIs (DSO, dispute rate, collections performance)

• Support compliance activities including SOX controls and internal audits

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams

• Participate in month-end closing and reporting activities

• Identify and drive process improvements

• Mentor and support junior team members when required

Candidate Profile

• Fluent German (mandatory)

• Solid experience in O2C, Billing, Collections, Order Management, or Credit Control

• Experience in multinational or Shared Service Center environments

• Strong understanding of financial flows and internal controls

• Experience with SAP or similar ERPs is a plus

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Shared company-arranged accommodation

• Rent: 280 per month, all utilities included
  (Deducted directly from the payslip)

️ Flight Reimbursement

• For hires before 1 December:

  • Flight reimbursement up to 400 (Economy) after 6 months of employment

  • Accommodation continues to be fully offered

• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
