Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with inquiries related to services such as navigation, troubleshooting, and privacy settings
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding user needs and offering clear, accurate solutions
  • Educate users on new features and help improve their overall search experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach in every interaction

Requirements

  • Fluent French (C1–C2) and strong English skills (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
  • Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
