💼 Responsibilities (depending on the project):

  • Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone
  • Review content and ensure platform safety (Trust & Safety)
  • Investigate and resolve user issues
  • Follow internal policies and confidentiality rules
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Ensure a positive user experience

🎯 Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish + Good English (B1–B2 minimum)
  • Customer service or moderation experience is a plus
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (depending on project)
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (relocation package provided)
