We are hiring Polish-speaking candidates to join an international team in Bulgaria in Customer Service or Content Moderation / Digital Trust & Safety roles.

💼 Responsibilities (depending on the project):
- Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone
- Review content and ensure platform safety (Trust & Safety)
- Investigate and resolve user issues
- Follow internal policies and confidentiality rules
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Ensure a positive user experience
🎯 Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish + Good English (B1–B2 minimum)
- Customer service or moderation experience is a plus
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (depending on project)
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (relocation package provided)
