ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Portugal. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in Italian.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Italian
• Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support
• Follow client guidelines and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in Italian — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
