French-Speaking Content Moderation | Bulgaria

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Bulgaria. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in French.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in French

Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support

Follow client guidelines and quality standards

Escalate complex issues appropriately

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in French β€” native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)

EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
