Position Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to join a growing Customer Success & Optimization team in Barcelona.
This role is focused on managing and developing a portfolio of clients, improving account performance, and driving long-term business growth through strategic relationship management and data-driven optimization.
Your Key Objectives

Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking business clients

Act as the main point of contact for account strategy and performance

Identify optimization and upselling opportunities

Provide performance insights and actionable recommendations

Conduct regular account reviews and business check-ins
-
Monitor KPIs and ensure client retention and satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
Native or fluent German (C1–C2)
-
Good command of English
-
1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and client-focused
