Role Overview

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join a dynamic customer service team in Athens.

In this role, you will support customers via inbound communication channels, ensuring high-quality assistance, accurate case handling, and timely resolution in line with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound phone lines

  • Accurately log consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the internal database

  • Handle and escalate complaints according to company policy

  • Ensure all calls and emails are resolved within agreed SLAs

  • Troubleshoot issues using open questioning techniques and internal support tools

  • Provide clear recommendations and solutions to common customer concerns

  • Maintain professionalism and high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level)

  • Strong English skills (C1 level)

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work rotational shifts (08:00–00:00, Monday–Sunday)

  • Eligible to work in Greece
