Role Overview
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join a dynamic customer service team in Athens.
In this role, you will support customers via inbound communication channels, ensuring high-quality assistance, accurate case handling, and timely resolution in line with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via inbound phone lines

Accurately log consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the internal database

Handle and escalate complaints according to company policy

Ensure all calls and emails are resolved within agreed SLAs
-
Troubleshoot issues using open questioning techniques and internal support tools

Provide clear recommendations and solutions to common customer concerns
-
Maintain professionalism and high customer satisfaction standards
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or higher
-
Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level)

Strong English skills (C1 level)

Good problem-solving abilities

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to work rotational shifts (08:00–00:00, Monday–Sunday)
