We are hiring an Account Executive – Italian & English to join our growing sales team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a hybrid position ideal for a motivated, bilingual sales professional looking to grow within a dynamic, multicultural outsourcing environment.

You will manage and develop client relationships across Italian-speaking markets, leveraging a structured sales pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in Italian and English markets
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multilingual office
  • Report on pipeline activity and performance metrics

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and professional English — written and spoken
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline
  • Background in customer service, sales, or an outsourcing/BPO environment
  • Target-driven mindset with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team
