Customer Service Agent — Payment Solutions (French + English) — Lisbon, Portugal

We're urgently hiring a bilingual French and English speaker for a fast-paced Customer Service role supporting a major payment solutions client. This is an on-site role in Lisbon with 24/7 rotational shifts and strong performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers on payment account queries

- Handle calls, emails, and chats across rotating 24/7 shifts including nights

- Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible

- Work collaboratively with escalation and fraud teams on complex cases

- Complete a mandatory Harver English assessment (C1 result required)

- Maintain at least one year of proven customer service experience standards

What We're Looking For:

- French at native or C2 level; English at solid C1 level (assessed)

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts including nights and weekends

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts

- 6-month CDD contract initially

- On-site availability in Lisbon
