08:5017:50 | 09:2018:20 | 12:3021:30 | 13:0022:00
(Different in winter)
Days Off: 2 per week
Training: 20 business days (mandatory)

Youll do:

• Support customers via phone, email & chat
• Resolve issues & ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with teams to improve service

You have:

• Fluent German (C1+) + good English
• Based in Turkey
• Great communication skills & positivity
