Your Mission:

Join our dynamic team in Bucharest as a Customer Support Specialist for our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operations.
Youll play a key role in ensuring compliance, monitoring financial transactions, and supporting clients with professionalism and precision.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct AML investigations and perform transaction monitoring.

• Support French-speaking clients with inquiries related to compliance and AML processes.

• Analyze and report suspicious activity, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and efficient results.

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure transparency in case handling.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the AML domain.

• Proven expertise in AML investigations and transaction monitoring.

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
