CSS (Native) - Taiwanese Speaker | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

An international employer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is hiring a CSS (Native) to join their Taiwanese-speaking team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

What we're looking for:

• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
