Czech-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Relocate to Athens (Travel)

Looking to relocate? We're hiring Czech speakers for a Customer Service Advisor role on a Travel account in Athens, Greece.

You'll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 15/Sep/26, 19/Aug/26, 25/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

1 week prior lock date.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Czech and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
