Relocate to Porto: French Customer Service Advisor - Automotive

This Automotive Customer Service Advisor role in Porto, Portugal is open to French-speaking candidates willing to relocate.

You'll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 21/Sep/26, 24/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
