Customer Support Representative - French Speaker | Porto, Portugal

We're working with an employer in Porto to fill a Customer Support Representative position for their French market.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Solid working English alongside your French
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
