Job Overview

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to join an on-site team in Berlin.

In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance, engaging with clients, and contributing to marketing initiatives in a dynamic and target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to promote products and services

• Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Provide tailored solutions based on client needs

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1 level minimum)

• Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset

• Must be currently based in Berlin
