Customer Service Advisor - Norwegian Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Fluent in Norwegian? Our Athens operation needs people who can solve problems for customers who write or call in Norwegian. Start date: 13 October 2026.

You will work across phone, email and chat, so flexibility is part of the job. Expect a steady flow of questions about products, orders and accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond

Requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
