Customer Support Specialist - Brazilian Portuguese Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We are recruiting Brazilian Portuguese speakers for a role that mixes everyday support with real problem solving in Athens. Start date: 19 October 2026.

Some days bring quick, simple requests, and others need careful investigation and patient follow-up. The role rewards patience, clear language and a calm tone, even when someone is frustrated.

Your Responsibilities:

• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts
• Follow up on open cases so that customers are not left waiting
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy

Requirements:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
