Customer Care Advisor - Finnish Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

A team in Athens is looking for Finnish speakers to join its customer operation. Start date: 16 November 2026.

Colleagues share tips and approaches often, so you are never working through a difficult case alone. You will handle everyday requests from start to finish and escalate only when it is genuinely needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Track your own quality scores and act on the feedback
• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts

Requirements:

• Fluent Finnish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
