Customer Service - Czech Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

We're working with an employer in Lisbon to fill a Customer Service position for their Czech market.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Solid working English alongside your Czech
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
