Content Moderation - Hebrew Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Content Moderation to join their Hebrew-speaking team.

This role involves reviewing user-generated content, which can include graphic or otherwise sensitive material - something to weigh before applying. Support and wellbeing resources are provided to the team.

What you'd be doing:

• Apply judgment consistently even in ambiguous or borderline cases
• Flag patterns or recurring issues to the wider content team
• Document decisions clearly enough for others to follow the reasoning
• Balance speed with accuracy across a high volume of reviews

What we're looking for:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Fluent Hebrew, written and spoken
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
