We are recruiting Italian speaking professionals currently based in Trieste, Italy, who are ready to relocate to Athens, Greece for a long-term international opportunity. You will join a structured, performance-driven customer support environment with modern tools and clear processes.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will diagnose issues, provide efficient solutions, and accurately document cases in CRM systems. Quality, customer satisfaction, and professional communication are key, even during peak volumes.
