Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

• Document interactions accurately in internal systems

• Follow SLA, KPIs, and quality standards

• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2)

• Good English level (B2+)

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
