We're hiring a dynamic Account Executive to join a hybrid B2B team in Sofia focused on the re-engagement and reactivation of existing LinkedIn advertising accounts. If you've got a track record in digital or social media sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of inactive or lapsed advertiser accounts and re-engage them
- Execute retention and reactivation motions through consultative sales conversations
- Deliver tailored proposals that align with client marketing goals
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM tools
- Partner with the wider sales team on best practices and account strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Italian at native or near-native level; English at B2 or above
- 3+ years of sales experience in digital/social media/tech advertising (mandatory)
- Demonstrable experience in retention, reactivation, or account management
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable in a hybrid environment, Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
- Results-oriented, persistent, and professionally polished
