Technical Customer Service Agent — Search Engine / Tech (Dutch + English) — Lisbon, Portugal

We're urgently looking for a Dutch and English-speaking Technical Customer Service Agent for an on-site position in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to support customers of a leading global search engine company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle technical customer enquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat

- Guide users through troubleshooting steps for digital products and services

- Work rotating shifts Monday–Friday between 08:00 and 20:00

- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

- Communicate product limitations and escalate when needed

- Keep pace with ongoing product updates and technical knowledge

What We're Looking For:

- Dutch at C1 or native level; English at B2 or above

- Technically curious and comfortable with digital environments

- Patient, clear communicator — especially with less tech-savvy users

- Collaborative and open to regular coaching and feedback

- On-site availability in Lisbon

- Background in customer service or technical support preferred
