English Speaking Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Campaigns) – Lisbon (On-site)
We’re hiring English speakers with mandatory paid campaign management experience to support clients in a digital advertising environment.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Role: Customer Support + Paid Campaigns (Digital Marketing)

Requirements (must-have):

• Paid campaign management experience (mandatory)

• Degree in Marketing or related field

• Experience in Digital Marketing

• Experience in a Contact Centre / service program for an Advertising Tech company

• Confident with social media products + basic understanding of digital advertising

• Strong customer service skills

• Able to work as a team member and independently

• Fluent/near-native English

Schedule (rotative):

• Start: Mon–Sun 07:00–19:00 (2 shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00)

• Then: 24/7 Mon–Sun (rotative shifts)

• Days off: 2 rotative days off
