Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking users via chat, email, and phone. You will resolve account queries, technical issues, and general support requests, escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams, and contribute to a high-quality, user-first support experience.

Your Profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2)
• English proficiency at B1 level or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
• No prior experience required — junior profiles welcome
