We're hiring an Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative to build pipeline for a major professional networking platform. This is a hybrid B2B role for a motivated self-starter with real cold calling DNA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, engage, and qualify B2B leads through outbound phone and email
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through structured lead generation
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Research target companies and personalise outreach to decision-makers
- Track all activity and outcomes accurately in CRM platforms
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve messaging and strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Italian at native or near-native level; English at B2 or above
- 2+ years of outbound B2B cold calling experience (mandatory)
- Familiarity with business development, SaaS, or ad tech sales
- Driven by KPIs, comfortable with targets and regular performance reviews
- Positive, resilient, and a natural communicator
- Hybrid availability Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 from Sofia
