About the Role

We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing clear solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in French (no English required).

  • Assist customers with credit-related services in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses via phone, email, or chat.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

  • Work in a team-oriented environment with rotational schedules.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in French.

  • No English is required for this position.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (MondaySaturday).

  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)

  • Saturday: 08:00 AM 03:00 PM

  • Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Contract & Salary

  • Contract type: Permanent (with 3-month trial period)

  • Base salary: 880 (x14 months)

  • Performance bonus: 168 (x12 months)

  • Meal allowance: 7.23 per day

  • Transport allowance: 20 per month

  • Position bonus (Braga): 20 per month
