Logistics and Delivery Advisor - French Speaker | Sofia, Bulgaria

Key responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on shipment status for customers
• Investigate and resolve delivery delays or discrepancies
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve open cases
• Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process

What we're looking for:

• Fluent French, English, with strong English communication skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
