We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will assist customers by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 13:00 22:00

  • Weekends off

Contract Type:
Permanent contract (with trial period)

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
