Job Overview
We are seeking a Hungarian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international e-commerce support team in Lisbon.
You will assist customers with inquiries related to online products and services, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Support customers with e-commerce products, orders, and services

Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Manage high volumes of interactions during peak periods

Accurately log all interactions in internal systems

Follow internal procedures and service standards
Requirements

Native or fluent Hungarian (C1–C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong understanding of e-commerce environments

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle high workloads during busy periods

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Eligible to work in Portugal
