Job Overview

We are seeking a Hungarian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international e-commerce support team in Lisbon.

You will assist customers with inquiries related to online products and services, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Support customers with e-commerce products, orders, and services

  • Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction

  • Manage high volumes of interactions during peak periods

  • Accurately log all interactions in internal systems

  • Follow internal procedures and service standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Hungarian (C1–C2 level)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce environments

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to handle high workloads during busy periods

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Eligible to work in Portugal

Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts):

    • 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00

    • 2 rotational days off per week
