Your Daily Mission

As a Bilingual Customer Advisor, you are the voice of our brand for the Croatian market:

• Inbound Expertise: Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Problem Solving: Use structured troubleshooting to provide clear, practical solutions.
• Case Management: Accurately log interactions and feedback in our internal CRM.
• Quality Excellence: Ensure all cases are resolved within agreed SLAs while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
• Escalation: Identify complex issues and navigate them through the proper internal channels.

What You Bring to the Team

• Language Mastery: Native or C1–C2 level Croatian and strong English (C1).
• Education: High School Diploma or higher.
• Analytical Mindset: A knack for troubleshooting and "connecting the dots" to solve customer puzzles.
• Availability: Ready to work rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday) within the 08:00–19:00 window.
• Right to Work: You must hold a valid EU Passport or a Greek Work Permit.
