Role Overview
We are seeking a Croatian-speaking Customer Advisor to join a professional customer service team in Athens.
In this position, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide accurate support, and ensure all cases are managed efficiently in line with service standards and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via inbound phone lines

Accurately log questions, feedback, and case details in internal systems

Handle complaints according to company escalation policies

Ensure all interactions are resolved within agreed SLAs
-
Troubleshoot issues using structured questioning and internal tools

Provide clear and practical solutions to recurring concerns
-
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements

High School Diploma or higher
-
Native or fluent Croatian (C1–C2 level)

Strong English skills (C1 level)

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong troubleshooting skills

Availability to work rotational shifts (08:00–19:00, Monday–Sunday)

Valid work authorization in Greece
