About the Role

We're looking for a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll work on helping French-speaking users and delivering great customer experiences.

No previous experience is required. If you communicate well, enjoy solving problems, and like helping people, well provide full paid training to get you started.

What You'll Do

  • Support French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
  • Help with questions related to services, navigation, and privacy settings
  • Provide clear, friendly, and effective solutions
  • Learn about new features and guide users when needed
  • Work closely with your team to resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent French (C1–C2) and good English (B2+)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • No experience required — training is provided
  • Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies
  • Willing to work on-site in Lisbon
