SaturdaySunday: 11:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
(5 working days per week, 40 hours total)
About the Role
We are looking for a German + English speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Athens. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers through phone, email, and chat helping to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a fully remote position in Greece, ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German and English via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries

Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members and follow company procedures
Requirements

Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking tools

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

EU work permit or Greek residence
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 1,380 gross/month × 14 payments per year
