Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

• Operations run 365 days per year

Role Overview

We are hiring a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team on-site in Latvia.

You will support travelers with booking management, travel changes, and service inquiries while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries

• Manage changes, cancellations, and general travel support requests

• Provide accurate information and maintain high service standards

• Record all interactions in internal systems

• Work collaboratively with internal departments

• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• Native or C1/C2 level Danish

• B2 English proficiency

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a structured office environment

• Flexibility for rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

• If relocating from abroad, must confirm independent relocation
