Customer Service - Polish Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An employer in Lisbon is hiring for a Customer Service role and building out their Polish team.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Solid working English alongside your Polish
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
