Customer Support Representative - Brazilian Portuguese | Athens

An employer in Athens is hiring for a Customer Support Representative role and building out their Brazilian Portuguese team.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

What we're looking for:

• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese, written and spoken
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
