Customer Care and Recall Agent - Flemish Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

We're recruiting a Customer Care and Recall Agent for a growing team in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

What we're looking for:

• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Solid working English alongside your Flemish
• Comfortable communicating in Flemish at a professional level
