Customer Support Representative - Italian Speaker | Athens, Greece

An international employer based in Athens, Greece is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their Italian-speaking team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable communicating in Italian at a professional level
• Fluent Italian, written and spoken
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Solid working English alongside your Italian
