Customer Support Representative - Polish Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their Polish-speaking team.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

What we're looking for:

• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
