Your Mission:

As a Content Moderator, youll be the guardian of quality and compliance, reviewing content to ensure it meets community standards. Your work will protect users, maintain trust, and make a real impact every day.

What Youll Do:

• Review user-generated content across multiple platforms and ensure compliance with guidelines.

• Identify inappropriate, harmful, or spam content and take appropriate action.

• Collaborate with the moderation team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate documentation and report trends or issues.

• Contribute to a safe and welcoming digital community for millions of users.

What You Bring:

• Fluent German (spoken and written).

• Good communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to make decisions independently and follow clear guidelines.

• Flexibility to work 24/7 rotative shifts:

  • 07:00 -16:00

  • 14:00 - 23:00

  • 22:30 - 07:30

• On-site 100% presence in Porto.

• Previous moderation or content review experience is a plus.
