As a Content Moderator for the French market, youll play a key role in ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging user experience across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content across social media channels for the French market.
• Ensure all content complies with the platform's community guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on platform policies and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Address and resolve issues or flagged content promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in French and B2 English (both written and verbal).
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions based on established guidelines.
• Ability to handle high volumes of content while maintaining attention to detail.
• A fast learner, adaptable, and open to continuous development.
• Available to work on rotating shifts, including weekends .
