Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking customers.
• Guide customers through different lifecycle stages, from onboarding to renewal.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose strategic improvements.
• Address customer concerns and proactively offer solutions to maximize satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or customer support.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze customer data and develop action plans.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
