Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator fluent in Norwegian and English to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. The role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content across multiple platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and filtering harmful or inappropriate content to maintain a safe and engaging online environment.

This position requires working in a 24/7 rotation shift system, including night shifts (around 3 nights per month). You will be working on-site in Thessaloniki with the opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content submitted by users across various platforms in Norwegian and English.
  • Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor user-generated content and provide timely responses to user inquiries.
  • Ensure a safe online experience by consistently applying community guidelines.
  • Report and escalate inappropriate content or patterns of behavior to senior management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and support policy development.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment, including night shifts (approximately 3 per month).
  • Good understanding of online platforms and community guidelines.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
