• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

• Language Skills: Proficient in Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Enthusiasm for working in an international team and environment.
