Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative  you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that all interactions align with our commitment to high-quality service. Your native Polish language skills will be key in assisting our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account management.
  • Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Strong command of English for internal communication and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).
